Client Agreement Summary
Service Provider: Quint Advertising
Program: Business Success Model (BSM)
Client agrees to purchase the BSM package, which includes branding, website creation, and basic SEO setup as described in the service outline.
Client Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate content, text, and photos.
• Respond to messages and approval requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure business activities are legal and compliant in their jurisdiction.
Quint Advertising Responsibilities:
• Deliver the services listed in the package.
• Provide professional quality work.
• Communicate estimated timelines and key project milestones.
Ownership:
• All design and website assets are transferred to the client after full payment.
• Quint Advertising retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio.
Refund Policy Summary:
• Non-refundable once work begins.
• Potential refund only if no design or setup work has started.
• Chargebacks will be disputed as services involve labor and creative work.
Refund Policy
All payments for Business Success Model are processed by Quint Advertising.
Because BSM includes creative and technical services that require time and expert labor, all payments become non-refundable once any of the following has occurred:
• Logo concepts have been created.
• Website design or structure work has started.
• SEO or platform integrations have been configured.
Refunds will only be considered if:
• No work has yet begun on the project, or
• There has been a duplicate billing or clear processing error
Chargebacks made through banks or processors will be formally disputed, as the client will have already received access to professional services and intellectual work.
Terms & Conditions
• Business Success Model is a program operated and delivered by Quint Advertising.
• Client is responsible for timely communication, providing content, and approving designs.
• Project timeline depends heavily on client responsiveness and revisions.
• Package includes a defined scope and a limited number of revisions per deliverable.
• Domains, hosting fees, and premium plugins are separate costs unless explicitly stated.
• BSM does not guarantee specific search engine ranking positions.
• Client is solely responsible for the legality and compliance of their business activities.
• Upon full payment, design ownership is transferred to the client. Quint Advertising may display the work in its portfolio for marketing purposes.
